Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and discreet Chauffeur to support a senior C-suite executive of an international banking client. This role requires a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality, with a strong focus on safety and service excellence. The Chauffeur will be responsible for transporting the executive to and from business meetings, appointments, and other engagements, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and secure journey at all times.
Working Hours
- Morning: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Evening: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for a C-suite executive
- Plan routes in advance to ensure punctual arrivals, taking traffic and weather conditions into account
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and roadworthiness
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all client-related matters
- Assist the executive with entering and exiting the vehicle as required
- Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Represent the client professionally at all times through appropriate conduct and presentation
- Remain flexible to accommodate changes in schedules or routes when required
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Proven experience as a chauffeur or professional driver preferred
- Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
- High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
Additional Information
- Vehicle, insurance, and related costs will be fully provided
