Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Business Acceptance and wider Risk teams.
Monitor the Risk inbox and allocate queries.
Conduct conflict searches and review results.
Process client and matter change requests.
Create and maintain information barriers.
Manage the Gifts & Hospitality Register.
Support team meetings and maintain client and matter records within the firm's systems.
About You
Previous administration experience: legal or professional services experience is advantageous.
Risk or compliance experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Proactive, adaptable, and confident using new systems and technology.
