Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Location: Spalding (On Site) Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Excellent Benefits About the Opportunity: A well-regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across the East Midlands and East Anglia is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their busy team in Spalding. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services across a range of practice areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a genuine interest in litigation work. The successful candidate will support experienced fee earners on a broad caseload including commercial and civil disputes, debt recovery, and contractual matters. Key Responsibilities: Assist with case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and bundling for court. Manage correspondence with clients, courts, and third parties under supervision. Support the team with case management, file maintenance, and evidence collation. Attend client meetings and take notes as required. Monitor deadlines and ensure all procedural steps are taken in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of witness statements, instructions to counsel, and trial documentation. Handle administrative tasks including diary management, filing, and billing support. Candidate Profile: Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within litigation or dispute resolution. Strong academic background – law degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to deadlines. Confident using legal software and Microsoft Office. A team player with a proactive and professional approach.
