I am supporting a well-established home improvement company specialising in windows, doors and conservatories, and looking for a confident and driven Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter to join their growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced salesperson who thrives on the phone, enjoys upselling, and has a strong track record of booking quality appointments.
The Role
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Upselling our range of windows, doors and conservatories
- Confidently qualifying customers and setting appointments for the sales team
- Building rapport and handling objections professionally
- Working towards realistic but rewarding targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in telesales or appointment setting
- Confident, persuasive phone manner
- Comfortable working with both warm and cold leads
- Target-driven with a strong desire to earn commission
- Reliable, punctual and office-based (Ipswich, IP1)
- Experience within home improvements, windows, doors or conservatories is an advantage, but not essential for the right salesperson
