This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, globally connected environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact in a senior tax leadership capacity.

What Does the Role Entail?

You'll be at the helm of non-UK tax compliance across multiple regions, ensuring timely and accurate filings for both entities and individuals. Your remit will cover corporate and income tax, VAT/GST, social security contributions, and withholding taxes. You'll work closely with colleagues across tax, finance, and mobility to ensure compliance, support secondments, manage policy implementation, and reconcile tax costs. As a line manager, you'll coach and guide the Non-UK Tax Accountant, while also collaborating with other Tax Managers on group-level matters like compliance calendars, profit extraction, and transfer pricing implications. You'll support non-UK tax resident partners with their filings and equalisation charges, while providing strategic input on structuring, M&A activity, and tax risk assessment. When needed, you'll also step in to deputise for the Global Head of Tax.

What Skills Will You Have?

You'll bring outstanding communication skills and a knack for translating complex tax matters into actionable advice for diverse stakeholders. A strong command of Excel and familiarity with accounting systems is essential. Ideally, you'll have experience in international partnership structures, an understanding of double tax treaties, and may hold the ADIT qualification. Your ability to work independently and remotely, while managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes, will be key to your success.
