A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and respected law firm in Great Yarmouth. We are seeking a talented and compassionate solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join our growing Family Law team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private family matters and be committed to delivering exceptional client care during what can often be challenging and sensitive circumstances. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including:
    • Divorce and separation
    • Financial remedy proceedings
    • Private children matters
    • Cohabitation and separation agreements
    • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
    • Domestic abuse and injunction applications
  • Providing clear, practical and empathetic legal advice to clients
  • Conducting negotiations and representing clients throughout proceedings
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations

About You

  • The successful candidate will:
    • Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Family Law
    • Have substantial experience handling private family law matters independently
    • Possess excellent technical knowledge and strong case management skills
    • Demonstrate outstanding communication and client care abilities
    • Be confident managing sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy
    • Have a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
    • Be a strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
