About the Company

We are a dynamic and growing business providing outsourced housekeeping services to the UK hotel industry. Working with well-known hotel brands across the country, we deliver high-quality housekeeping operations and staff management services. Due to continued growth, we’re now seeking an Operations Manager to support and manage a number of hotel sites across the East of England and surrounding regions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with strong values, supportive leadership, and long-term career potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing housekeeping operations across a portfolio of hotel sites
  • Supporting and managing site-based teams to ensure service standards are consistently high
  • Working from home, with 3-4 days per week spent on-site
  • Leading on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, audits, and team development
  • Monitoring KPIs and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
  • Assisting with the mobilisation of new sites and supporting client needs
