The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play an important role in helping our clients successfully navigate the property sales process. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable, professional guidance to potential buyers Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries confidently and professionally Building and maintaining excellent relationships with buyers, sellers and colleagues Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process Following up enquiries and viewing feedback and actively progressing sales Assisting with property marketing, including preparing property listings and promoting homes across relevant platforms Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is completed to a high standard Carrying out property valuations - full training will be provided Identifying opportunities to generate new business and contribute to the continued growth of the branchAbout You We're looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic, motivated and driven to achieve results Confident and professional when dealing with customers A natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys helping people Resilient and able to remain positive in a busy, sometimes challenging environment Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities Proactive, with the confidence to take ownership and use their initiative A strong communicator with excellent telephone and written skills Detail-focused, with good administrative and organisational abilities Comfortable working as part of a team while also being able to work independently Experience Previous estate agency experience is highly desirable, particularly experience within residential sales.
