The Role
As Precast Foreman, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the factory floor and yard. You'll lead a team of around 20 operatives, ensuring daily production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
You'll be the go-to person for your team offering support, motivation, and problem-solving while working closely with senior management to keep operations on track.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and organising the daily production plan
- Supervising and motivating a team of factory operatives
- Driving a strong health & safety and 'clean as you go' culture
- Overseeing quality checks and equipment standards
- Supporting training, skills development and continuous improvement
- Managing resources, stock levels, and waste effectively

- Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or construction environment
- A strong understanding of health & safety and factory operations
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with great communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable making day-to-day decisions
- Precast or concrete experience is a bonus, but not essential
