The Role
As Precast Foreman, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the factory floor and yard. You'll lead a team of around 20 operatives, ensuring daily production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
You'll be the go-to person for your team offering support, motivation, and problem-solving while working closely with senior management to keep operations on track.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and organising the daily production plan
- Supervising and motivating a team of factory operatives
