What you'll be doing: · Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. · Coordinating property maintenance and repairs. · Handling enquiries via phone and email. · Managing administration and keeping property records up to date. · Supporting the day-to-day management of a property portfolio. · Learning all aspects of residential property management from experienced professionals.
