Enterprise Sales Development Representative ā DACH (German Speaking)\\n\\nLocation: Central London (Holborn) ā 4 days onsite, 1 day remote\\n Salary: Ā£49,000 base | Ā£70,000 OTE\\n Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 \\n\\nA fast-growing global SaaS company is hiring a German-speaking Enterprise SDR to drive outbound pipeline across the DACH region. This role sits at the front of the enterprise sales function and is often a prospect's first interaction with the business.\\n\\nThe position is fully outbound and ideal for someone looking to progress in enterprise technology sales with clear development and earning potential.\\n\\nThe role\\n\\nGenerate enterprise pipeline through pure outbound prospecting\\n\\nTarget mid-market and enterprise organisations (ā¬1m-ā¬5m+ revenue)\\n\\nExecute multi-channel outreach (calling, email, LinkedIn)\\n\\nQualify prospects and hand over sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives\\n\\nBuild relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers\\n\\nMaintain accurate CRM data and activity reporting\\n\\nConsistently meet or exceed pipeline targets\\n\\nWhat they're looking for\\n\\nFluent German and English (professional level ā essential)\\n\\n1+ year Enterprise SDR/BDR experience in an outbound, quota-carrying role\\n\\nExperience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers\\n\\nStrong communication, organisation, and qualification skills\\n\\nConfident using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)\\n\\nProactive, self-motivated, and commercially curious\\n\\nWillingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)\\n\\nTraining & progression\\n\\nStructured sales development and onboarding programme\\n\\nClear performance milestones and promotion pathways\\n\\nIncreasing responsibility and earning potential\\n\\nPackage & benefits\\n\\nĀ£70k OTE with strong base salary\\n\\nEquity via stock options\\n\\nGenerous paid time off and parental leave\\n\\nLearning & development budget\\n\\nWellbeing stipend\\n\\nPhone/internet allowance and equipment support\\n\\nAbout the company\\n\\nThe business is a global digital experience platform helping organisations deliver personalised, scalable digital content across channels.
