An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join a growing Governance Services team in London. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, managing the take-on and administration of corporate entities, and leading a Client Services Administrator team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, act as a director and authorised signatory for client entities, and ensure high standards of corporate governance, client service and regulatory compliance. You will also support team development, manage workflows and deadlines, collaborate with Risk and Compliance, and contribute to the ongoing growth and improvement of the business.
About you:
- Experienced Company Secretary with a focus on UK structures
- Proven people management experience
- CGI UK Graduate, Affiliated or Fellow Member
- Background in a law firm or corporate services provider
- Knowledge of the UK Companies Act
- Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with the Register of Overseas Entities is desirable but not essential
