Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing Chelmsford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property professional with at least 5 years' PQE who is passionate about client service, business development, and building strong relationships with local agents and professionals.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued growth of the office, managing a residential conveyancing caseload while contributing to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients on a range of residential property matters.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local agents and professional contacts.
- Ensuring high standards of legal reporting, documentation, and client care.
- Supporting compliance with SRA, CQS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with audits and promoting best practice across the team.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
- Collaborating effectively with office-based and remote colleagues.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and data security standards.
- Keeping management informed of progress, developments, and any issues arising.
