To augment the Buy to Let business of the bank by supporting the origination team for Buy-to-Let (BTL) Mortgages and ensuring seamless end to end customer experience. This includes managing pipeline of cases, dealing with workflows, and liaising with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth assessment and completion of BTL cases.

Job Responsibility

  • To support the BTL sales activity by offering excellent service to the brokers or customers and to manage the internal execution process.
  • To act as a liaison point for intermediaries who have placed buy to let business with us, ensuring that their journey is smooth through case placing, packaging, reviewing, valuation, and completion stages.
  • To establish and maintain relationships with brokers while keeping them apprised of our products and lending criteria.
  • Continuously keep brokers updated about current packaging requirements to ensure smooth processing.
  • To communicate the salient features of our products and to ensure that our criteria is understood by them.
