Our client, a well-established law firm in Basildon, is seeking an organised and proactive Private Client Administrator to support its busy Private Client team.
This role will involve providing administrative support to fee earners handling Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and Estate Administration matters.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Private Client Solicitors and Fee Earners.
- Opening files and completing ID and AML checks.
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents.
- Managing diaries, appointments, emails, and telephone enquiries.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties.
- Assisting with probate and estate administration paperwork.
- Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing excellent client care and administrative support.
