Are you an experienced Demolition Supervisor looking to join a busy, growing contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across East Anglia?
We're looking for a hands‑on supervisor who can lead site teams, maintain the highest safety standards and deliver demolition projects efficiently from start to finish.
The Role
- Supervise demolition teams on site
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, RAMS and site procedures
- Complete site paperwork, reports and toolbox talks
- Work closely with Contracts Managers to deliver projects safely and on schedule
About You
You will have
- At least 5 years' demolition industry experience
- CCDO Gold Demolition Supervisor Card (held for a minimum of 2 years)
- Demolition Awareness NVQ
- SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- A proactive, safety‑first approach and strong leadership skills
- Flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away when required
