Area Sales Manager - North Region About the Role We are looking for a motivated, commercially focused Area Sales Manager to join a successful and growing sales team. Covering the North Region, this field-based role offers the opportunity to drive business growth by developing new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers across a technical distribution network. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing their regional sales budget, and delivering exceptional customer support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Salary: 47,000- 55,000 per annum (depending on experience) Bonus: Up to 15% annual performance-related bonus (MBO) Key Responsibilities Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to regional business growth. Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Manage and develop accounts within a technical distribution channel. Produce accurate short-term sales forecasts and support product mix objectives. Maintain accurate customer, prospect, quotation, and activity records using the company s CRM system.
