Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider supporting over 550 customers across the region and they are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT & Telecoms Engineer to join their team based on the outskirts of Manchester. The successful candidate will provide high-quality IT and telecoms support to their client base, combining remote ticket resolution with on-site engineering visits.
- Technical Support & Engineering
- Manage and resolve IT and telecoms support tickets in line with SLAs
- Diagnose and fix network, connectivity, and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT and telecoms infrastructure
- Order, provision, and configure telecoms services for new and existing customers
- Assist with training, development, and technical escalation
- Strong knowledge of IT and telecoms systems
- Experience in diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
