Our client is a specialist UK manufacturer of bespoke pressure vessels and fabricated equipment for the Nuclear, Energy, Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. Due to continued expansion they're looking for experienced Welders to join their growing production team in Pencoed, working on high-quality, safety-critical engineering projects.
The Role
- TIG and MIG welding to high-quality standards
- Working to Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)
- Maintaining welding qualifications and certifications
- Supporting fabrication activities including grinding, forming and material preparation
- Working safely and collaboratively within the production team
- Contributing to quality and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Experience in TIG and MIG welding
- Previous welding codes/certifications desirable (current or expired)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Positive team player with a safety-first attitude
- Committed to quality, reliability and continuous improvement
