Company Commercial Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Hertford | Part-TimeA well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong reputation across Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its specialist team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week (14.5 hours) .Working closely with the Partner and Head of Company Commercial, you will handle a varied commercial caseload and play an active role in developing the firm's company and commercial offering. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative and progressive environment, with no existing following required.
Key responsibilities:
Advising clients on a broad range of commercial matters and contractsManaging your own caseload and meeting clients independentlyDrafting high-quality commercial documentation and correspondenceDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentifying new business and referral opportunitiesSupporting seminars, workshops, networking and business developmentContributing to the continued growth of the commercial departmentRequirements: Qualified and practising Solicitor with 5+ years' PQEStrong practical experience in company commercial work and commercial contractsExcellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skillsCommercially minded with a genuine interest in business developmentStrong organisation and ability to manage competing prioritiesSelf-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to working with clients across Hertfordshire and surrounding areasThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Solicitor seeking a long-term, part-time position within a highly regarded and forward-thinking firm.
