What Does the Role Entail?
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of systems training across the business, working with legal teams and stakeholders to ensure everyone is fully equipped to thrive in their roles. From onboarding through to ongoing development, you'll design and deliver impactful training programmes that promote best practice, drive confidence, and enhance productivity. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the rollout of new systems, coaching individuals to success, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leaders, your influence will extend across the entire organisation.
What Skills Will You Have?
You’ll bring experience in training needs analysis, programme design and delivery - ideally within a legal setting. A solid understanding of legal case management systems and cloud-based platforms is key. You’ll be comfortable delivering training in various formats - in person, virtually, and via eLearning - and confident in creating engaging support materials. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you’ll be able to work effectively across departments and seniority levels. Experience using the Microsoft suite and eLearning platforms is expected, along with a practical understanding of the ADDIE learning model.
