We\’re a dynamic start-up recruitment agency based in the heart of Wivenhoe, and we\’re on the hunt for a driven, organised, and proactive Resourcer to join our growing team. You\’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and founders, gaining hands-on experience across multiple job sectors including tech, finance, operations, marketing, and more.

?? What You\’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing high-quality candidates across a variety of sectors and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls
• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and candidate feedback
• Writing engaging job adverts and social media content to attract top talent
• Building talent pipelines for current and future roles

?? What We\’re Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for people
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing or a strong interest in the industry is a plus, all backgrounds considered as long as you are confident and able to talk to all types of people
• Based within commuting distance to Wivenhoe – this is an office-based role
