You'll be responsible for managing a residential lettings portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a professional, responsive, and efficient service throughout the tenancy. Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. Liaising with contractors and arranging maintenance works. Conducting routine property inspections and overseeing check-ins and check-outs. Ensuring all properties and tenancies remain fully compliant with current legislation. Previous experience in residential property management or lettings (essential). A sound understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements. Confidence in building relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
