A leading firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (2 PQE) to join its established and highly regarded Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the largest real estate practices in the region, advising a broad client base including institutional lenders, developers, investors, and commercial property stakeholders. You will work alongside experienced partners and colleagues on high-quality, complex real estate finance and transactional matters.
You will advise both lender and borrower clients on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, alongside broader commercial property work. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting on property and development finance transactions for institutional lenders.
- Advising borrowers on secured lending arrangements.
- Acting on both separately and jointly represented transactions.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and wider transactional property matters.
- Advising on landlord and tenant issues.
- Conducting due diligence and title investigations.
- Liaising with lenders, clients, agents, and other advisers.
- Managing transactions efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Delivering high-quality technical advice and client service.
A minimum of 2 years' PQE in real estate finance or commercial property is required. Experience may include:
- Property and development finance.
- Acting for institutional lenders and/or borrowers.
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
- General transactional real estate work.
