Our client is seeking an experienced and well-established Corporate Lawyer at Senior Associate or Partner level to join its highly regarded Corporate team and play a key role in supporting its ambitious growth strategy.

The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in corporate finance transactions, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex deals. They will have advised owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and corporate clients across a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of six years' experience within a Corporate team, supported by strong technical knowledge of relevant law and current market practice. Demonstrable business development experience and the ability to build and maintain client relationships will be essential.

The firm is looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual who enjoys mentoring and developing junior colleagues. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior team members, contributing to the continued growth and success of the Corporate practice.

Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage a demanding workload, and a proven capability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required, with the ability to balance and manage multiple priorities effectively.
