A Property Services business who work with several housing associations is now looking to recruit skilled and efficient multi-traders to join their refurbishment team covering North and South London contracts in occupied and void properties.
Ideally, a tradesperson who has experience in social housing carrying out works using NHF schedule of rates and undertaking works including:
- Disrepair works
- Damp works
- Kitchen, Bathroom and Wet Room installations
- Decorations
- Window and door installations/repairs
- Cap and Cove wet room flooring including hot welds
- Brickwork
- Rendering
- Plastering
- Carpet/vinyl floor coverings
- Investigative works
The successful candidate must have a current CSCS card and asbestos awareness.
£31,000 - £34,000 per annum.
