Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, LPAs and related non-contentious matters , providing clear, practical and client-focused advice from instruction through to completion. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with
3+ years' PQE
in Private Client law
Strong experience in Wills, Probate and Trusts
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and client-care skills
Good understanding of SRA, Law Society and regulatory requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
