A prestigious law firm in Central London is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding disputes team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, providing expert legal advice to private and business clients.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of both civil and commercial litigation, including:
- Contract disputes and breach of contract claims.
- Property litigation, including landlord & tenant disputes.
- Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.
- Shareholder, partnership, and director disputes.
- Professional negligence and commercial fraud matters.
- Interim injunctions and urgent court applications.
- Representing clients in County Court and High Court proceedings.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ - 5 years PQE+).
- Strong experience in civil and commercial litigation with the ability to handle a varied caseload.
- Knowledge of CPR and County Court/High Court procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Business development skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
