About the Opportunity
Our client, a dynamic multi-office law firm, is seeking a Solicitor with at least 2 years\’ PQE and a strong interest or experience in leasehold enfranchisement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team and develop your expertise in a specialist area of property law.
With offices across the South East, London, and Cumbria, the firm advises a nationwide client base, including individual leaseholders, resident groups, managing agents, and freeholders. This role offers exposure to a variety of matters while allowing you to progress within a growing specialist team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters, including:
- Lease extensions (statutory and voluntary)
- Collective enfranchisement
- Right to manage and freehold purchases
- Related disputes
- Act for both leaseholders and landlords under supervision and guidance.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the leasehold enfranchisement practice.
- Support senior colleagues and collaborate with the wider team.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years\’ PQE, ideally with some exposure to leasehold enfranchisement.
- Strong technical knowledge or interest in leasehold reform and enfranchisement matters.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Commercially minded with ambition to develop in a specialist property area.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload.
