We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Sales Negotiator to join our friendly estate agency team in Coleford. You'll be supporting clients through some of their biggest decisions, so a positive, resilient attitude and proactive approach are essential. The Role
- As a Junior Sales Negotiator, you'll play an important part in helping buyers and sellers navigate the property sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Conduct property viewings, providing clear, friendly and helpful guidance to potential buyers.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries confidently and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and other clients.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Assist with property marketing, including preparing listings and promoting properties across various platforms.
- Follow up enquiries and actively progress potential sales.
- Assist with property valuations, with full training provided.
- Work as part of a close-knit team to achieve individual and company targets.
- Take a proactive approach to generating new business and identifying opportunities.
