A leading UK professional services firm is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Trainer to join its internal IT Training team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape and support the digital learning experience for colleagues across the firm's national network.

Reporting to the IT Training Team Leader and working as part of a collaborative team, the IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions and producing high-quality digital learning content. The role plays a vital part in enabling teams to confidently use a wide range of business-critical applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IT induction training to new starters and provide ongoing training for existing employees
  • Plan and coordinate training programmes aligned with business and technology requirements
  • Create and maintain digital learning content, including videos and e-learning modules, using tools such as Microsoft Sway, SnagIt, Camtasia, Captivate, and Articulate Storyline 360
  • Manage content on the firm's learning management system (LMS)
  • Ensure all training materials are current, consistent, and professionally presented
  • Respond to training-related queries via the team mailbox
  • Support technology change initiatives through tailored training solutions
  • Gather and analyse feedback to enhance training quality and relevance
Candidate Profile:
  • Background in IT training or technical support, ideally within a professional services setting
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable learning and delivering training on new software platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering virtual and in-person sessions
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Willingness to attend the Bristol office occasionally, with occasional travel to other locations if needed
