An award-winning organisation is seeking a Revenue Controller to join its global Finance team. This Officer-level role plays a key part in managing revenue control, billing and collections, supporting strong working capital management, improved cash flow, and reduced debtor risk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day billing and collections activities, acting as the main point of contact for related queries
- Partnering with stakeholders to review WIP and accounts receivable balances, agreeing actions and ensuring timely follow-up
- Monitoring transaction progress, forecasting fee income and coordinating billing requirements to support timely invoicing
- Supporting the accurate valuation and reporting of WIP and debtors on a regular basis
- Preparing and delivering regular and ad hoc management reports for finance leadership and operational stakeholders
- Ensuring client, matter and global fee arrangements are correctly applied and adhered to
- Ensuring VAT, and other applicable taxes are accurately calculated and accounted for
- Resolving billing and account queries through effective liaison with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams
- Managing client funds balances in line with regulatory, banking and compliance requirements
- Supporting the use and administration of e-billing platforms as required
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of revenue control, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
