What Does the Role Entail?
You will be at the heart of deal origination, sourcing and securing funding solutions for a diverse range of commercial and specialist residential developments. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with clients and lenders, assessing project viability, and navigating complex finance requirements. Your days will be spent combining relationship management with analytical thinking, all while keeping your finger on the pulse of the specialist finance market. Support and training will be provided, especially around niche lenders and development documentation, but you will need to bring a good base of financial know-how to hit the ground running.
