My client is looking for an ambitious individual ready to play a key role in growing sales, expanding distribution, and delivering exceptional service. If you're looking to make an impact and build a rewarding career in sales, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers and forecourts, representing the brand professionally and in line with its values.
- Drive sales by meeting targets, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding distribution channels.
- Ensure effective in-store product placement and merchandising to maximise visibility and performance.
- Manage time and territory efficiently, keeping accurate records of sales activity and adhering to a structured schedule.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, attending trade shows when necessary.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role.
- Full UK driving licence (clean).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Competitive basic salary £27k + Commission & performance-based bonus structure.
