Hours: Full-time - 9.00am to 5.30pm Permanent Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm in Basildon, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team, focusing on non-contentious Wills, Probate, and Trusts work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full Private Client caseload, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and related non-contentious matters.
Managing a varied Private Client caseload independently.
Drafting Wills, LPAs, and other legal documentation.
Conducting legal research and ensuring matters are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties.
Ensuring compliance with Law Society, SRA, and firm procedures at all times.
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client law.
Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
