Compliance Administrator (Entry Level)
Location: Warrington, WA1 (Fully Onsite)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours/week)
Salary: National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
Contract: Permanent | Full Training Provided

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial services firm for an entry-level Compliance Administrator to join their in-house compliance team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to begin a career in financial services, with full training and development provided in a regulated environment.

You\’ll support the Compliance Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the firm\’s compliance framework – including file checking, recruitment onboarding, regulatory reporting, and administrative support across compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in auditing new business files and tracking remedial actions
  • Provide pre-sale and induction support to advisers to ensure files meet FCA standards
  • Review and log marketing materials to ensure they are clear, fair, and not misleading
  • Maintain adviser records, manage compliance inbox queries, and support monthly reporting
  • Administer recruitment processes including due diligence, referencing, and FCA applications
  • Support onboarding of new advisers – systems access, inductions, and training completion
  • Monitor adviser competence progression and assist in coordinating supervision meetings
  • Help compile AR annual audit packs and ensure up-to-date business continuity plans
  • Manage due diligence for introducers and maintain internal introducer records
  • Assist advisers and the compliance team with general queries and admin tasks

Candidate Profile:

  • No prior compliance experience required
  • Some previous admin experience is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good basic level of English and mathematics
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a process-driven, regulated environment
