Our client, a highly regarded and expanding commercial law firm in West Yorkshire, is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established caseload and work alongside respected leaders in the sector, advising a diverse portfolio of property clients.
The Role
You will take over an existing commercial property caseload, acting for a broad range of clients including developers, lenders and investors, both locally and nationally. The work is high quality and varied, offering exposure to complex and rewarding transactions.
In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in marketing and business development initiatives for the commercial property team and the wider firm. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be central to your success.
About You
- 2-6+ years\β PQE as a Solicitor with solid commercial property experience
- Background in a large regional or national firm preferred
- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently
- Ideally able to demonstrate ties to West Yorkshire or the Huddersfield region
