Chef de Partie Join a Luxury Restaurant in Colchester Town Centre Are you passionate about exceptional food, premium ingredients, and creating memorable dining experiences?

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established luxury restaurant in the heart of Colchester.

The Role As Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes while supporting the wider kitchen team.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your section, contribute fresh ideas, and help maintain the restaurant's excellent reputation.

Key Responsibilities Independently run the breakfast, starter, or dessert section.

Complete daily preparation, ordering, and kitchen administration.

Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.

Contribute new ideas, techniques, and menu inspiration.

Support and motivate colleagues while helping the kitchen operate efficiently.

About You We're looking for someone who: Has at least one year's experience working in a professional kitchen.

Is passionate about cooking with quality ingredients.

Has a positive attitude, confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of hospitality.

Is organised, reliable, and works well under pressure.

Takes pride in delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.

Hours & Working Pattern40-45 hours per week over 4-5 days.

Two guaranteed days off each week (Monday and Tuesday).

A variety of shifts, including: 7:30am - 3:00pm9:00am - 4:00pm4:00pm - 11:00pm9:00am - 11:00pm (with a two-hour break)Closed every year on 25th and 26th December.
