We're recruiting a Multiskilled Relief Machine Operator to join a busy, well-established operation in North Essex. This is a dynamic, full-time position where you'll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly.
- Operating loading shovels, forklift trucks, and material handlers (12-ton and 20-ton)
- Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects
- Providing cover during holidays and absences across the team
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:30 (45 hours per week)
- Optional overtime available - up to 20 hours per week
- Experience operating plant machinery (loading shovels, forklifts, material handlers)
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Permanent, full-time position
