A fast-growing global SaaS company is hiring a German-speaking Enterprise SDR to drive outbound pipeline across the DACH region. This role sits at the front of the enterprise sales function and is often a prospect's first interaction with the business. The position is fully outbound and ideal for someone looking to progress in enterprise technology sales with clear development and earning potential.
The role:
- Generate enterprise pipeline through pure outbound prospecting
- Target mid-market and enterprise organisations (€1m-€5m+ revenue)
- Execute multi-channel outreach (calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify prospects and hand over sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM data and activity reporting
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline targets
What they’re looking for:
- Fluent German and English (professional level - essential)
- 1+ year Enterprise SDR/BDR experience in an outbound, quota-carrying role
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers
- Strong communication, organisation, and qualification skills
- Confident using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially curious
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
