A growing and dynamic financial services firm is looking to appoint a highly organised Case Manager to support the delivery of commercial finance applications from initial enquiry through to legal completion. This is a fast-paced role where you'll act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, ensuring deals progress efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of commercial finance cases from submission through to legal stages
- Act as the main liaison between clients, lenders, brokers, and solicitors
- Gather, review, and package client documentation for lender submission
- Monitor application progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
- Ensure all cases meet internal processes and regulatory requirements
- Provide clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal CRM systems
About You
- Previous experience within commercial finance, banking, or a brokerage environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
