The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes while supporting the wider kitchen team.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your section, contribute fresh ideas, and help maintain the restaurant's excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently run the breakfast, starter, or dessert section.
- Complete daily preparation, ordering, and kitchen administration.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
- Contribute new ideas, techniques, and menu inspiration.
- Support and motivate colleagues while helping the kitchen operate efficiently.
About You
We're looking for someone who
- Has at least one year's experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Is passionate about cooking with quality ingredients.
- Has a positive attitude, confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of hospitality.
- Is organised, reliable, and works well under pressure.
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.
- Hours & Working Pattern
- 40-45 hours per week over 4-5 days.
- Two guaranteed days off each week (Monday and Tuesday).
• A variety of shifts, including
- 9:00am - 11:00pm (with a two-hour break)
- Closed every year on 25th and 26th December.
