You'll manage a varied caseload while building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients during some of the most important moments of their lives.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you'll become a trusted adviser to a broad range of clients, helping them navigate sensitive legal matters with confidence and reassurance. You'll manage your own varied caseload, providing tailored legal advice across a range of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
- Managing your own varied Private Client caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Delivering tailored legal advice that reflects each client's individual circumstances.
- Meeting clients in person, by telephone and remotely.
- Building long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Explaining complex legal issues in a clear, practical and compassionate manner.
- Drafting legal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requirements.
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping to grow the firm's reputation.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor who combines strong technical ability with genuine compassion and excellent communication skills. You'll understand that many private client matters involve sensitive conversations and emotional decisions, and you'll be able to guide clients with patience, empathy and professionalism.
- At least two years' post-qualification experience in Private Client law.
