Our client is a specialist UK manufacturer of bespoke pressure vessels and fabricated equipment for the Nuclear, Energy, Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. Due to continued expansion they're looking for experienced Welders to join their growing production team in Pencoed, working on high-quality, safety-critical engineering projects.

The Role

  • TIG and MIG welding to high-quality standards
  • Working to Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)
  • Maintaining welding qualifications and certifications
  • Supporting fabrication activities including grinding, forming and material preparation
  • Working safely and collaboratively within the production team
  • Contributing to quality and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Experience in TIG and MIG welding
  • Previous welding codes/certifications desirable (current or expired)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Positive team player with a safety-first attitude
