The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a full Private Client caseload, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and related non-contentious matters.
- Drafting Wills, LPAs, and other legal documentation.
- Conducting legal research and ensuring matters are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties.
- Ensuring compliance with Law Society, SRA, and firm procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client law.
