About the Role
A specialist
Public Law & Regulation team is seeking an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor to advise clients across sectors including energy, healthcare, water, education, life sciences, food and drink, and product regulation .
The team handles both contentious and non-contentious matters for government bodies, regulators, public authorities and regulated businesses.
Key Areas
Judicial review and regulatory appeals.
Human rights, constitutional and equalities law.
Statutory powers, interpretation and legislative drafting.
Regulatory compliance, enforcement and consultation.
Economic and consumer regulation.
About You
Qualified Solicitor at
NQ-2 PQE .
Public law or regulatory experience desirable but not essential .
Strong academics, analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and collaborative approach.
Genuine interest in developing a career in Public Law & Regulation.
