We're looking for an ambitious and detail-focused paralegal with a genuine interest in Banking and Structured Finance. You should ideally have:

- A demonstrable interest in Structured Finance.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence when dealing with lawyers, clients and other professional stakeholders.

You'll gain exposure to: Structured Finance | Banking | Due Diligence | Loan Documentation | Transaction Management | Client Liaison | Legal Research. The organisation also places a strong emphasis on career development and progression, making this an attractive opportunity for a paralegal who is looking to build a long-term career within commercial law. There may also be opportunities for the successful candidate to build qualifying work experience towards the SQE, subject to the relevant requirements and internal processes.
