Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) | Basildon | £DOE + Benefits
A well-established and reputable Basildon law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will handle Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs, providing clear, practical and client-focused advice from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a busy Private Client caseload.

Draft Wills, LPAs and other legal documents.

Handle estate administration from start to finish.

Advise clients on Wills, Probate and Trust matters.

Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties.

Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Deliver excellent client care and support junior team members where appropriate.
Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law.

Strong experience in Wills, Probate and Trusts.

Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.

Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm.
Location: Basildon office.
Position: Permanent.
Salary: Competitive DOE + Benefits.
