General Manager – Telford, Shropshire
General Managers have a huge role to play, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the success of the restaurant. You will understand and promote our culture bringing our values to life within the team. Being full of enthusiasm, a team player and not afraid to get stuck in to ensure our guests have a great time. Your objectives
- To lead and inspire the performance of the restaurant teams based around our values, while following & driving our People strategy.
- Full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of store operations and performance. This includes, but not limited to, People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property.
- To ensure that standards are maintained, and the restaurant performance delivers budget and growth through a People First, Guest Focussed & Operational Excellence Strategy.
- Responsible for developing your team, creating a pipeline of future managers!
