Situated inside one of London’s most luxurious, refined modern cuisine restaurants; we are looking for an experienced, energetic Restaurant Manager to join this intimate and refined restaurant. You will have a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests as well as leading and inspiring your team to provide an exceptional service, always.

Key Responsibilities:- Offering the highest level of service at all times, to all guests.
- Own the guest experience, ensuring every service is memorable.
- Recruitment and team development.
- Manage financial performance, keeping the numbers sharp and the margins tight.
- Work closely with co-owners, PR firms and other external companies to drive the restaurant forward.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your team and guests.
- Act as an ambassador for the restaurant.
- Support compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and internal audits within the restaurant.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to high level customer demands.
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in a Michelin 1, 2 or 3 star restaurant in London.
- Ultimate understanding of 5* service.
- Good team player, flexible and adaptable.
- Strong organisation and management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with members and staff.
- Working knowledge of Sevenrooms / Opentable / Bookatable / Seven Rooms.
